Cynthia (Cindy) Lassmann is a Licensed Professional Counselor – Associate in the State of Texas. Cindy holds a Master's Degree in School Counseling/Mental Health from Lamar University, Beaumont, Texas. Cindy's many years as a Texas Public School Educator and Counselor have given her first-hand knowledge of the importance of mental health in individuals as well as families as a whole. Cindy's experience includes working with individuals on social, emotional, and behavioral well-being. She understands the importance of using different coping techniques to help manage stressful events and difficult emotions. Cindy understands that as an LPC-A, her services will have an ever-lasting effect on the population she serves, so all decisions are made in the best interest of the client, respectful of confidentiality while promoting the dignity of all. In the therapeutic relationship, she will strive to provide a safe, nurturing, and non-judgemental environment, so that you are empowered and respected, as you become self aware and comfortable in expressing your thoughts and needs. She believes, through commitment, dedication, professionalism, and determination, barriers causing conflict can be removed, in order to promote healthy and positive outcomes.

Natalie Land

Natalie Land is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy – Associate & Child Development Specialist who has dedicated her career to supporting children, couples, and families to find hope and healing and improve the quality of their relationships. After years working in various non-profit settings, community mental health, and early childhood education Natalie returned to school to complete her Masters in Child Development from Texas Woman's University in 2020 and her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman's University in 2023. Natalie firmly believes healing is always possible, no matter the circumstances or depth of trauma, and there is resilience and courage within us all, waiting to be uncovered. Sometimes it takes reaching the point of desperation to take this leap into new and unknown territory. She believes our deepest moments of pain can become catalysts for personal growth and healing. There is unwavering resilience in the human spirit and the potential for change, growth, and the ability to find meaning in us all. The foundation of her approach is relational, attachment-based, and systemic, and she particularly enjoys working with couples and families. She is passionate about uncovering patterns that keep clients stuck and empowering them to shift out of these negative cycles and begin to thrive.
