Natalie Land is a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapy – Associate & Child Development Specialist who has dedicated her career to supporting children, couples, and families to find hope and healing and improve the quality of their relationships. After years working in various non-profit settings, community mental health, and early childhood education Natalie returned to school to complete her Masters in Child Development from Texas Woman's University in 2020 and her Masters in Marriage and Family Therapy from Texas Woman's University in 2023.
Natalie firmly believes healing is always possible, no matter the circumstances or depth of trauma, and there is resilience and courage within us all, waiting to be uncovered. Sometimes it takes reaching the point of desperation to take this leap into new and unknown territory. She believes our deepest moments of pain can become catalysts for personal growth and healing. There is unwavering resilience in the human spirit and the potential for change, growth, and the ability to find meaning in us all.
The foundation of her approach is relational, attachment-based, and systemic, and she particularly enjoys working with couples and families. She is passionate about uncovering patterns that keep clients stuck and empowering them to shift out of these negative cycles and begin to thrive.
